I didn’t know you were such a funny guy!

You mean the stuff that I posted in another thread?

I liked the warped humor in the chuckle thread.

Not sure if you were trying to be funny with the underwear comment, but I got a pretty good chuckle out of that one.

My humor can be either dry or very dark.

The underwear comment was a little humor along with being seriously annoyed .

Neutral grip pull ups: some

Pendlay rows: 3 x 6…. These are honestly my favorite row variation.

Close grip pulldowns: 3 x 8… on the last set pushed it harder, almost doubled the reps. Good indicator to up the load.

Bench width seated rows : 3 x 10

Trap bar shrugs: worked to a medium heavy set of 5 lowered the weight by 30% for a set of 15.

Squat: 65% x 5

75%x5

85%x 5

3x5@65%

I shut it down after i got the squats in … right knee was already slightly tweaked going in. Plus my lower back was getting cranky. Too old to play macho man at this stage and fuck myself up and taking forever to heal.

The veterans on here have all watched your older son for years. You and your late wife did a great job.

I appreciate that…. On a side note I posted that pic on Facebook. Several said he looks like my clone another said he fell out my ass.

560 lbs x 3 a P.R. for him apparently at his current lower bodyweight.

He can probably handle being called a clone.

Nice work by the young man!

It was cool to watch the weeks of training leading up to the new PR too.

Ill be honest…. I wish he would do a actual peaking phase and go for a true single myself.
