Bench: top set 3 plus got 8 , left one in the tank. No elbow or shoulder discomfort.
Based on today’s performance id project my 1Rm is nearing 350ish. All things considered im surprised and pretty pleased.
Incline : 5x5 @ 70%
Dips : 3 x 10 @ BW
Axel bar curls: 3 x 8
Cable strap curls: 2 x 12
Side note did multiple band pull aparts during warm up sets on Bench.
Also the “ New skin” did the job and I didn’t have blood everywhere.
Im saying now, once i drop 15lbs more im calling it and going to phase 2 . So that I can start building back up properly.

Screw it… I experimented and have concluded im better off at this stage juust using the Trap bar dead and the Dead stop RDL as a supplemental for my core pulling work.

- Average weekly daily weight finally reflects the 40lbs loss at this point with daily fluctuation.

Trap bar deads: top set 3 plus… Did 10
threw caution to the wind. Had more reps in the tank , but my grip was the limiting factor.
Dead stop RDL’s: 3x5
Lever squats: 3 x 8
Leg curls: 3 x 15.. soon as the posterior chain is stronger ill jump to glute ham raises.
One arm suitcase holds: 3 x 30 seconds … I use straps on these since my focus is core strengthening.
