And I actively try to avoid the treadmill, or any exercise, too close to bed…okay, I avoid the treadmill no matter what…but exercising that close to bed makes it hard for me to fall asleep.
Oh trust me …I hate the damn thing with a passion

Nice bench.

Thanks for the complement. Not much to write home about at the moment. Backing off slightly on heavy stuff and focusing on conditioning for awhile.

PVC, heck why just not use steel pipe? I like the rumble roller because the raised knots on it dig in a pleasant torturous way. Nice benching. Sometimes it’s difficult to keep up the higher numbers when you’re loosing weight.
reason i dont use a rumble roller is that im just too big of a cheap ass to buy one…lol
Yeah it sucks trying to move heavy weight (relatively speaking) when you’ve somewhat dropped caloric intake and the old machine is adjusting to it.
I want to formally apologies to the O35. I read allot of your logs but I just don’t have the time anymore too interact with work …lifting and family.Besides there was a point where the little lady was going to cut my Balls off if i didnt stop spending so much time on the keyboard. Just dont want to come across as a unfriendly DICK.

Happens to me all the time. And if the wife is unhappy everyone is unhappy.
No apologies needed. I think a lot of us drift in and out here spending more time in other peoples logs when our schedule allows and when it doesn’t posting our own stuff only.

Thats pretty much how things are at this point… read a post on others when I can. Mostly anymore it just seems I can only get around to updating my own. Even then most of the time the post are short and sweet.
GOD!!! Last weekend was the NASA Nationals. Two years ago I was training for it and looking at a 1600 total before I tore my left Labrum in my shoulder and it all went to HELL!! More I think about it the more I get depressed

Wow, 20#. That’s John Henry right there. Know some javelin throwers swing the hammer a lot.
I have to say that it got the job done… BUT I think doing it before a bench day was a bad idea.
Bench: warm up progression
290 x 5
330 x 3
365 x 1… oh for The LOVE OF GOD this was garbage
Pulldowns: 5 x 10 x sw
Seated BTNP: 5 x 10 x SW
arm curls: 5 x 10 x SW
NOTE TO SELF: DO NOT!! DO HAMMER SWINGS WITH A 20ILBS HAMMER THE DAY BEFORE YOU PLAN ON BENCHING!!!

Good advice. Although, I am still jealous of the bench.
