I was a bad boy yesterday… Didn’t come close to reach my protein intake for the day.
I took some melatonin to help relax me so i could get some better sleep in. Took it too soon in the evening. So i didnt feel like getting in some extra protein before bed.
Going to hit the Airdyne after work to help with recovery plus lately haven’t been getting my normal step count at work.

I know the cause of the shoulder inflammation. Since im doing my regular and dynamic squats in a training week i will need come to a compromise and use ssbar on one of those days.

*Good news… Down 2 lbs from last Saturday
*Bad news… weight fluctuations through the week caused my weekly daily average to only drop slightly.

Dynamic box squats: 10 x 2 @ 70 %… Need to add some more warming up before hand. Didnt really getting explosive until after 5th set.

Reverse grip bench : 3 x 8… not really feeling these, feeling odd on the elbow. Either put back in close grips or do Dips next time

Well at least the temp is comfortable and not kicking my ass. Was able to get this session in without needing to cool down between sets .
Finding im getting impatient on this leaning out faze. Since I know rate of regaining will be at a snails pace and recovery will be shit until I can get back to at least a maintenance level.
