Yeah i was aware they existed. Fits my criteria… has to have multi functions within a reasonable price range. Not only does it serve the 2 prime functions being a GHR and a reverse hyper it allows for a few other things.

I " Think" im officially done. As it stands i probably have one of the best equipment garage gym in my little neck of the woods. Unless someone is a complete machine whore… no one could come in and say they couldnt get one hell of a session in

I have been facebook market place looking for a good reverse hyper for a while. Haven’t found one in my price range yet.

Deads ( wagon wheels) not good. Back was fatigued and the several days of heat had me drained.

On a Good note … i finally feel i have my routine mapped out moving forward. Had to get my head out my ass. Ive been over analyzing shit and just need to go back and remember my own training philosophy and stop 2nd guessing shit I know.

Hoping to find one under 400 bucks.

I also need to sell my concept 2 rower that I never use. If I do I could use those funds for one with some money left over.

I’ll be curious to hear your review of it.

My only hesitation is I am tall, 6’5”. The GHR adjustability on a lot of the for home gym equipment seems to run out of adjustment and not work as expected.

Will do… its already scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I should have it together and toyed with Sunday.

Look at it this way… tells you how much lard I had put on from my extended absence.

What i find amusing is my current caloric level at the moment would be a bulk for others… lol.
