Been missing for a while. How’s everything going big dog?

I’ll be getting under the bar again this week… getting ready to purchase a schwen airdyne AD6 for some conditioning work. Finding all the walking i do on harden concrete isn’t a good mix for walking on a treadmill anymore.

GHR: yeah skipped these my hamstrings were already scorched from squats
band crunches: 50 total

honestly didnt push it hard… since i live and die by training maxes I came in light as shit. probably rest them after 6 weeks.

Hes uses different mediums… that one was done on a digital drawing pad called a witco ctique.

2nd dose is the one that makes most people feel bad for 24 hours. Think flu.

I’m hearing that the first might do it also…if you’ve already had covid. I guess I’ll find out.

My second dose just gave me a really sore arm. I had to take a 20 minute power nap day after, and that was about it.

Bench: pre planned set of 5 . Dropped down and did 3x5
Wow did form feel nonexistent… groove was all messed up
( did band pull aparts between sets)

DIPS: I had planned on doing some. Decided to hold off for awhile since I felt it would be too much at the moment. Will add them in a few weeks based on feel.

Curls: some
External rotator cuff work with a band.

Damn cubital tunnel in the left is acting up… ill need to address it.

At this point being conservative im thinking 6 month in getting everything going 100%.
