I’ll be getting under the bar again this week… getting ready to purchase a schwen airdyne AD6 for some conditioning work. Finding all the walking i do on harden concrete isn’t a good mix for walking on a treadmill anymore.

honestly didnt push it hard… since i live and die by training maxes I came in light as shit. probably rest them after 6 weeks.
