Hes not aware that indviduals can look into his previous post. He acts like hes not sure how to train while running gear. From what I gather in the pharmaceutical section…
Hes been blasting and cruising for awhile.

I specifically find it odd he claims to have 29 years in at 39 years old. Again I don’t buy it. I would be embarrassed asking basic training questions with that much supposive experience.

If he does have that much experience…hes obviously Trolling.

I dunno man, I’d love to think he’s a troll, but we see the same kind of entitled know-it-all passive aggressive attitude come through here too often. Maybe they’re all trolls, but I’m starting to think they’re genuine.

As of late… its getting old on how overly complicated people make this shit. Especially on minor detail shit that in the long run isnt going to have that major of a impact. Especially, when certain people want to fan the notion of it being overly complex.

What got me thinking about this was a obvious troll who was being a jack ass. But at the root of it i sorta see the angle he was coming from in retrospect.

Gotta say most of my work outs are basic and the same lifts I learned many years ago.

I read some of these logs, and I just don’t want to think that much when I’m lifting. They look like a foreign language. I get that they ar eusing percentages, but why not just list the weights with each one and move on, what’s with the hieroglyphics?

I use % in managing my lifts and so forth. The one thing I won’t use is the whole RPE system. I understand it but ugh…
