Bulldog: Working on regaining man card

Well good for him… does he provide proof of his results? He won’t last long on here once he gets marked as a Troll.

Never once. Claims endless progress into his 60s using techniques such as max pyramid protocol…training once every 3 weeks and training legs (seated leg press only) every 6 weeks. Believe it not, id encountered individuals within hit circles that claimed 35lb muscle gains training once every 6 months…ya couldnt script it lol
This is max pyramid

Not that surprised that he doesn’t present any video/photo proof. Got to love the internet

@hit_sirloin by chance the indvidual you are referring… would it be the planet health gentleman?

Yeh, that’s the one.

Well this is it, people make these exceptional claims but dont provide exceptional evidence…or any evidence at all for that matter.

Well new guys like that will have a reality shock on here. Members are pretty good at calling people out and wanting proof of claims.

Got pulls in …other wise it was a complete cluster fuck!

Yeah…after some contemplating. Doing dynamic box squats on the pull day isn’t in my best interest at the moment. Adds a little too much volume at the moment .

You realize if you smile it makes you look younger right?

But what if the wind changes and you get stuck like that?

But what if it gets stuck like that?
