Pendlay rows: 5 x 6-8 @ sw… giving the shoulder a break from pull ups this time.


Wide grip pull downs: 3 x 12
T bar rows: 3 x8- 12
Bent db flyes: 50 rest pause
K rows: 3 x20

Upper back is cramping. I would say I got some work in.

I mentioned before one of the gages I use to tell if I’m starting to lean out or at least minor body comp changes is the amout of vascularity I start to notice.

Along with the disappearance of the sausage roll behind the old head.

Yeah… im definitely leaning out more… now if only the mid section gets the memo

Squat: 3 x 2 @ 90%… mixed bag felt light but still a slight twinge. But its getting better
Hatfield squats: 3 X 12 @ SW… cooked the quads
Seated banded leg extensions: 50 reps total


Not perfect but it will do… thinking I might need to shave. Was wondering why my pantie hose weren’t feeling right.
