Most of the great shot putters for the past 70 years have swore by and done BTN presses. Does necessarily make them good for you.

Pullups: 30 total… i need to re-think the volume on these.
V handle pulldowns: 3 x 12 @ sw
T bar rows: 3 x 12 @ sw went light on these and focused on the full feel. Just 3 plates nothing more.
Bent over flyes: total of 50 reps @ sw rest pause fashion
Trap bar shrugs: light only 240 lbs 50 reps in 3 sets hard squeeze at top.

I’ve really been wanting to get some of these Dumbell holders for my rack. Seems trying to get anything over a 75 up is giving my shoulder a reason to speak up and say quit that shit.
Are you re racking them or dropping them? If re racking, is it easy to smash fingers/hands?
Racking them at the moment… but that might change if I end up smashing my had at any point. Not a big fan of dumping db anyway. That was a major sin back in the day at the first black Iron gym I was a member of many moons ago.
Yea at the gym I go back to the knee’s then the floor gracefully. At home mine are adjustable and I’d really be hurting if I tried to go back to the knees.

Squat: 3 x 5 @ 80% … right shoulder was more pissy then the parfamoris. Used Buffalo bar.
Hatfield squats: 3x 10 @ sw …not really that heavy . Could have but didn’t want to push it . Since the parfamoris was starting to wake up
Band leg extension: 2 x25
Standing band crunches: 5 x 20
Threw in some prehab stuff.
