I’ve done this several times. The walking program.
Makes the treadmill more interesting.
The advanced program, I’m not sure if that’s the name, the third program is pretty hard. I made it through the middle one several times.
My only criticism was there is no warm up.
Enjoy,it’s not so easy.

Oh I ran it before a few years ago when I was in a conditioning kick… just running the first stage at the moment. Just not in the proper mind frame to lift heavy.

Ok… did some lifting trying to get my head in order. Nothing too hard just took it easy.

Bench: top set 315 X 6 …reps still in tank
Incline DB press : 3 x 10 @ SW
Rows: 5 x 10 @ SW
Band push downs: 100 total reps

Viking press: top set 180lbs lbs ( in plates) x 6 … not counting the bar or the viking press handle

Pull ups/ chins: bunch

Treadmill: 35 minutes

Didnt feel like go bat shit crazy with the lifting today… border line token session.
