The advanced program, Iām not sure if thatās the name, the third program is pretty hard. I made it through the middle one several times.
My only criticism was there is no warm up.

Oh I ran it before a few years ago when I was in a conditioning kick⦠just running the first stage at the moment. Just not in the proper mind frame to lift heavy.
