Do you plan how often you rotate the main movements? Or just when feels like progressing stalls?
Do you plan deloads or as needed?

Yes… except now on Bench . ME for it is now more of a " heavy" not a pure Max effort. Working up to a pre planned heavy single but not a true ME .Working in a true 90% - 100% range for the traditional called for volume is beating my shoulders up too much.
Weekly rotation on the lower since I am responding to it. Bench on the other hand sticking with just bench on the heavy days.

Yeah pretty much…as I stated before thats why I dont waste time on long drawn out explanations on these threads .I will add my 2 cents on occasion but im not going to spoon feed information on odd forums post. Someone like yourself who I have interacted with online or got a good feel for thats a different story.

Using some really old Editing software… for some reason on certain parts it would not emphasize the narration which is a option on it I tried. You finally got your wish and saw the Frankenstein GHR . Not going to lie did not feel natural talking in a mic like that !
Sweet, that’s how I was doing my ghr’s when I asked a while back about how low my knees should be relative to the pad. I had tried them a few times with my knees on top and that felt like an injury waiting to happen (lot of stress on the knees when extended) so I’m glad I listened to my body and asked you for confirmation. Had to just watch with no volume, to noisy here at work at the moment.
your not missing much without volume… my oldest and myself got into a debate on the height of the back plate. Which im still messing with to make sure im really hitting the proper area
