Bulldog: Working on regaining man card

Isn’t lack of deloading actually frying the CNS though? Between that and the heat. I’m in 90 degree heat (minimum) at all times, and my gym has no air and no fans. It has an effect on my volume among other things.

Like in your case the heat is playing havoc on my end.

just not in the proper mind set… skipping lifting today in favor of tomorrow.

I do this from time to time. Just last week I walked into the gym warmed up and then just left lol. Was mentally not there at all.

SSYoke Bar squats: top set with 435Lbs/197.3kgs along with 90%and 95% of that amount working up . Probably could have gone up another 20 lbs but sticking with only bumping up 10 when cycling back through.

SSyoke front squats: 3 x 5-8 @ SW
Hyper extensions: 5 x 10 @ SW
Seat hamstring Band curls: 50 total reps
Side note … stream lining the amount of Max effort movements going forward.

thats a big old ssb squat

seated band hamstring curls- these are like all over now-
or rather people I follow on social media doing them.

where the F or why the F did I not do these for PT

Yeah the ssbar squats are a good indicator lift for me I found. The band curls I have done those way before they became a thing on social media.

You sir have a great taste in music.

Thanks . For the record it varies depending on my mood.

I can jump from Pantera to David Bowie. Just make it good and I’ll listen.

Sounds like good tennis weather !

I hope so… it was 94% humidity this morning according to the Indianapolis news channel. I was out side for about 20 minutes working on a garage door and I was drenched.

You guys experience allot of humidity or is it straight heat?

Depends on where in Oz you live. Down south in Melbourne (where I live) or Adelaide it’s a dry heat but does get very hot (110 - 120 Fahrenheit) in summer. Up north Brisbane, Cairns, Darwin it doesn’t get as hot (95-100 F) but it’s tropical so very humid and lots of rain in the wet seasons.
I like the heat no matter where I am but I deff prefer the dry heat when it comes to training in it.
