Floor Press: 3 x 1 @ 330lbs ( did some Auto regulation today)… Had zero in the tank today. The resent sudden increase in temp here between work and the garage the past few days caught up with me. I knew I was in for it when during my warm up routine the water was just pouring off me. Didnt help the garage was holding a balmy 95 degrees with zero air circulation even with the big door open . Should have expected today would be garbage since it has become a annual event every summer when the heat first rises for me.
Got light headed and overheated after ME bench ended up calling it. Plan on getting upper back work done in the morning

Back raises: 5 x 10 time for some weight
Seated Band hamstring curls: 50 total
I’m feeling those squats body wide today.
