Buffalo Bar squats: 5 x 2 @ 80% of TM… damn I am slightly detrained ! That sure as hell did not feel like 80% of a Training Max

Step ups: 3 x 8 … just Body weight for today
Standing Band crunches: 5 x 20
Seated Band abductions: 3 x 20

Well no problem with the Trap area ,which makes me think I am out of the woods. But I think I will not know for certain until I pull at the end of the week.

Deficient Deads: 2 x 4-6 @ 75%
Bent Rows: 3 x 5 @ SW

Standing Band crunches: 5 x 20

This was a half ass session since I am trying to get my lifts into the correct rotation along wit Benching five days ago.

Bench: 2 x 8 @ 70%
Close grip Bench: 75% X 6… cut out a set
Buffalo Bar Bench: 65% X 10… cut out 1-2 pre planned sets
Lying tri extensions: 3 x 10 @ SW
Band Pulls to throat: 5 x 20

Part of the reason for the half ass session , was due to a freak accident at work today. I slipped off a machine went horizontal and landed squarely on my right hip. Now it did not hurt my hip BUT my testicles got crushed between my thighs .
