No surgeryā¦ full recovery. Just a time issue really.
Yeah hes pretty down about itā¦ But , I think that he now has his first real girlfriend kind of help soften the blow and taking his mind off it.

Seriously havenāt been able to train in the garage due to insane temps. It was - 10 below Tuesday and has stayed in that range all week.
No local gym option ?

Itās been bad here too. -15 to -20. Itās not that bad in the basement at 6C but still pretty brisk.

you win lolā¦ My garage isnt insulated and the LP heater I have can normally raise the temp in there by 30 to 40 degrees. Have no urge lifting in the 30 degree range.

Had a Athletic Trainer evaluate the right Trap since its not 100% yetā¦ she gave a rehab routine to do every other day for the next week or two.
