We saw the Jedi last night too. We thought it was really good, but my said son some critics did not like it.

I really have mixed feelings myself… I like certain parts other parts I hated.

I get that. I had problems with a couple scenes too. Overall I thought it was pretty good. There was a lot of stuff I did not see coming.

At the moment Im coming to terms with some of the stuff. Obviously , they are trying to phase out the original trilogy for a new generation of fans.

Brought Dakota home from school Thursday night. Spend 45 minutes in a enclosed car with him coughing up a lung spewing his Biological contaminates in the air. I wake up Saturday feeling like hell thanks allot son!!

Holding off lifting until Tuesday… doing some light work today to get the upper pec and trap loosen up .

On a good note Im off for the nest 16 days from work thanks to having Vacation time remaining along with not having to work shut down.

I am becoming increasingly concerned about your immune system. Do you take any probiotics, eat sauerkraut, colostrum? Vitamin?

I would say the possibility of sleep apnea probably is the root cause at this point.

Maybe, but I am skeptical. Do you take any acid blockers? Like omeprazole?

If it makes you feel better I take a multivitamin. What meds I do take… Do not have a negative impact on my immune system. Even if you don’t factor sleep apnea as a cause. I know that I don’t get the amount of sleep I need

Get a sleep study done. It’s not a big deal at all.

Already had a home one done around Thanksgiving( using the pictured device)and the results were positive… Seeing a specialist at the end of January .

Ehh still feeling so so… holding off lifting today in favor of doing a road trip tomorrow to my buddies gym. Where I will end up destroying myself again.

May be getting older, but no more mature :wink: haha

Well maturity isn’t the issue… Subconsciously in the right environment I dont realize I turn the dial to 11

HI ! Long time no see… Yeah Im doing some max effort work lower there along with taking the oldest with me. It lights a fire under his ass because my buddie has two teenage girls he has trained whom have wilks as high or higher than him. both are which will be competing on the Pro stage at this years Arnold in the USAPL.

That sounds like a lot of fun. It’s been ages since we’ve gone out of our basement.

Yeah I dont go outside of my garage very often either. If that gym was in my home town I would probably train there.

roman Bench set ups: few sets a few reps with some weigh
