Hey Jim, Just bought your latest book recently, and started Krypteia this week. Loving it so far. This isn’t really a coaching thread. I created a Table of Contents for your book since I didn’t really find anything with page numbers online. I figure if you liked it, you can link it/add it to your website or sticky it somewhere: You can print from there and scale it to “Fit to Page”.
