At this point I have really stressed form over everything with him. As I have told him worry about form and the weight will come.

Next Tuesday I go for a reevaluation. I might be able to start using some very light bands which is up to the PT.

Looks like it might be longer than expected according to the PT…it would appear that I’ve been over using the left for just normal everyday activities and have irritated the joint. The Doc put me back on anti inflammatory meds for the next month
