Well as you can tell by the above pic things are going well with Dakota. At the moment much is holding at 170 lbs BW @ 5’7 with his lifts tracking pretty close to what I had mapped out as summer Football conditioning starts in a month and a half. At this point I need to get Dakota back into downing more calories for one last push at adding some more quality size to his frame as I up the prowler work along with some speed and agility drills.

Hopefully he will be able to shove on another 5 or so while maintaining his current BF% before summer Football starts and I will have less control over his training.
