Bulldog : Coming Back ON HOLD

14 years old almost 160lbs

Sorry to hear about dropping out of the meet.

Pup has a thick neck - is that from the wrestling or lifting?

hmmmmm… got it from me actually.

Pup looks a lot like I did when I graduated from high school at 165 pounds. When I was 14 I weighed 110. He is going to be a monster playing football and wrestling in high school.

well he will be a sophomore going into the new school year.

Looks like the Pup is building a solid foundation.

Well that young man ( getting to big to be called a pup) has a better developed posterior chain than 80% of the posters on this this site so whatever your doing keep it up!

Paul carter’s programming works very well. I will be using it for my programming base of my next template.

Thanks man… really pushing the posterior chain .Trying to keep everything in balance so he doesn’t run into issue like I did when I was younger.

Most of my current training is heavily influenced by Paul…matter of fact I Message him for input from time to time. His approach is very similar to what I did when I was younger with some variation which I have readopted over the past year or so.

Is this meet the one in Springfield?

Starting back under the bar Monday Going to take it easy, but I’m healed up some what from my little tweak.
Currently being treated for my current medical issue… if you want to know ask. Other wise im not going to talk about it on here.

Really super job training Dakota, Bulldog. His form is so spot-on, which is highly unusual for someone his age. Looking forward to seeing the meet vid and hearing about his experience. Definitely got some strong genes in that family!
