Saw your oldest today at the High school… he was doing well on his form just so you know… He also said he would rather be lifting your program… I told him he should have you come in and try to get Moore on your style of programming.

LOL…I have been given a muzzle order by the boss regarding what hes doing at weight training at school ( I use that term FUCKING loosely). I have been warned not to say my opinion . Even if I think what their doing might be border line shit in my opinion. I was told if I was so worried about it I was told and I quote…" If your so worried about it ,get off your Lazy ass go finish your degree and become a strength coach"…GGGGRRRR, I swear that women can piss me off.

Warm up: band & db movements
Bench : Bar x 20
95 x 10
135 x 5 x 5
210 x 5
240 x 4
285 x 3
310 x 2
335 x 1…paused
350 x 1…paused
375 x 1 …Paused, Made it my BITCH, flew off my chest no problem
310 x 11…AGGGHHH Hammy cramp, Hammy cramp shut it down
Incline: 2 x 10 x 265…wow , my incline is starting to move up in my opinion
Standing BTN: 2 x 10 x SW
Skull crushers: 2 x 10 x SW
Pretty good session!!! I’ll take it!! I was overloaded on coffee and two Brotards where just pissing me off doing stupid shit. I let the hate flow and embraced the Dark Side. HOLY SHIT!!! ONLY one more session left!!!

sounds like good advice… you should look into it…
Nice bench work, strong stuff. It’s amazing what some of the “coaches”(and I use that term loosely), call weight training.

Lets just say I’m not thrilled by it. My son did cleans along with his friends during weight training the other day without the benefit of ANY instruction by the coach. Luckily for my son I was having him doing some last summer so he wasn’t totally lost.
DB Rows : 110 x 30
Pulldowns: 4 x 8 - 10 x Sw
Shrugs : 135 x 10 / 225 x 10 / 315 x 10 / 405 x 10 / 495 x 5 / 315 x 30 …just felt like getting stupid on these to night
Axel bar arm curls : 2 x 10 - 12 x Sw
That was all…
It was a alright day…didnt feel the need to kill anyone.

.

Thanks for the compliment man. Not as hardcore as I was when I was allot younger but just a Hell of allot smarter.

365 x 3
400 x 2
430 x 1
455 x 1…added belt
480 x 1…Put on Knee wraps, easy as hell. Plenty of strength out of hole.

495 x 1…Came up easy
525 x 0…SON OF A BITCH, Total messed up on my set up. Broke it off the ground easy . But it stalled and started digging in just right below the knee. In the process of trying to power threw it ; I just ended up just removed a inch length of hide off my shin along with wasting allot of energy…
525 x 0…Tried it again …pissed the hell off and in a rage like a idiot…no go.
Floor : 470 x 0… I was shoot. My body just said for me to go fuck off at this point.
Standing band crunches: 5 x 15
Well this session was just a cluster fuck. Squat were fine felt easy like I was sleep walking threw them. Deads were a damn joke. I knew going into the session that I didnt have the mentality to pull heavy today. I just couldnt get into the mental state to pull heavy. On the bright side this is the last squat/pull day of this peaking cycle. Which really bums me out regarding the dead lifts but im not going to freak out and change my planned attempts, except the third which will be based on how I feel during the Meet. Luckily I will have the next 15 days to rest my lower back and recharge my batteries . I have one more squat session left due to the last minute adjustment I made when I combined the squats & pulls, three weeks into this cycle. Which I plan to do Friday which will allow 9 days to recover. Which shouldn’t be a big deal since the squats have felt pretty damn easy.
DL is like that. So mental. It will be different at the meet with all the adrenaline and the long rest preceding it.
Good luck at the meet! I look forward to the video.
I sent you a PM, by the way.

Pm replied to.

Well, met up with the Damutt and lifted in the High school weight room as his guest. Special thanks goes out to the Damutt for spotting and loading for me. All things considered i was shocked by the outcome. For one it was hotter then balls in there. The bench sucked and the floor was slick as piss so I couldnt get much actual leg drive.
Warm up: Light weight/band movements
Bench: Bar x 20
95 x 10
135 x 2 x 5
210 x 5
240 x 4
285 x 3
310 x 2
345 x 1…paused
365 x 1… I think I paused it
395 x 2 … H-O-L-Y S-H-I-T…The second rep was a freaking grinder . Probably dumber then shit to do this close to the Meet …oh what the Hell.
330 x 8....Not to bad was still feeling the last set
Incline: 265 x 7/ 225 x 8…different bench with a stepper incline I wasn’t use to.
Standing BTN: 2 x 10 x SW
Skull crushers: Pretty much skipped em I was petered out.
Benching is DONE!!! No more for another 12 days, Pretty confident Ill hit my Meet numbers now.
On a side note…I got to see what the oldest was doing for strength training with the team . Lets just say it was pretty much wnat I expected…
Strong benching. Looks like your coming into the meet spot on.

Thanks…Bench is definitely peaking, I just hope It hasn’t peaked to soon.

Not much to report… Went ahead and did some upper back work.
Pull downs: light weight ,high reps few sets
Shrugs : same
Pretty much just getting some blood into the area nothing too stressful
Got some Blue Heat from Elitefts in today. Not bad at all…Its not as hot as the regular lineament I use but it seems to maintain its heat longer.
All I got left is my last squat session Friday then im putting it to bed. For some reason im feel allot of anxiety over this Meet and I’m not sure why. The last one I was all Ho hum about it.
Happy Happy Joy Joy-funny stuff. If I don’t post before good luck at your meet-kick ass-take names-repeat as necessary.
