Im doing it for two reasons
I’m not recovering doing them on separate days using this current peaking cycle. My squatting sessions are starting to crap out.
In reality it emulates a meet
That’s solid work. I like pulling and squatting in the same session but it’s definitely tiring.

Strong work from both of you! Love the pups determination- most kids his age would shut it down at the first sign of fatigue, he kept grinding out reps especially on the dips-Nice.
Bullpup is getting after it. He has a great coach and mentor. Not to mention someone who can ride him a little.

Believe it or not I don’t need to ride him when hes lifting, other then having to pull on his reins from time to time.
