I had a good laugh not to long ago. I call a call from BP. He didnt eat lunch at school for what ever reason and was waiting at school for the bus to take them to tonight’s game. So I had to run and get him something. As I was going threw town I passed the local Anytime Fitness. They must have been having a membership drive. I seen the most retarded thing I ever seen. A 15 foot plus blow up of the corporate mascot. His name is Captain Running man ( pictured above).WTF!!! Just goes to show you how watered down and pussfied the gym world has become.

What ever happened to the good old days when gym chains had some what bad ass mascots, such as…

Arm curls (Axel): 3 x 6 x some weight.

Yep things have changed and not for the better.

Well I sorta didnt stick with my plan and not get stupid with the weights ,since im trying to get ready for the next Meet . I just sorta did those last two sets of CG’s at the spur of the moment. So I pretty much deviated from my planned training.
