I still remember back in the late 70’s when I was in college. Jimmy Carter got attacked by a rabbit while on vacation. The local news reported it on TV . . . and showed the Python clip![/quote]

Every sperm is sacred every sperm is great. If a sperm is wasted God gets quite irate.

Barbell row outs: 3 x 10 x 135
Well thats all she wrote.

After looking things over in my log. Ive decided going into the three wave of the Juggernaut program to up my Training maxes . Since Ive been very conservative. As Ive explained in the past regarding the system, Each rep over the called for rep on the Realization phase is given a value. Case in point lats take my Mpress from yesterday. The called for reps was 5 and I did 10 which is 5 over. On upper body exercise you can use 1 .25 - 2.5 lbs for each rep over. While lower is 2.5 - 5 lbs. At this point Ive been using the lower increment through the entire program. After looking at my training weights for the 3 waves I’m going to adjust and use the higher number. So instead of moving my Mpress by 5 ill move up 10 same goes for my other lifts.
How many waves do you have left on the cycle? four, is it?
Sorry, that’s 4 waves total, right?
YEP there are four total waves. When I started it I dropped my training Max down 10% based off my meet performance. Based off how I preformed on the 5 wave. Bumping my number’s up going by the higher end I feel is more then reasonable.

Treadmill: 3.2 mph @ 1.5 % 35 minutes.
Oh the monotony… I’m at the point that id prefer to grab my scrotum and try and pull it over my head.
I still cant understand. How most people who spend there time on one type of aerobic equipment or another can comment the lifting weights is boring.

RANT!!! ( since a few of you demented people claim to enjoy them)
I willing to bet anyone who spend anytime on U Tube have run across this yahoo.
I can say I hate this little prick. It floors me this A Hole has such a following . The number of views and subscriptions he has dwarfs Elitefts and most others.
WHY??? Has gym culture now worship mediocrity. Honestly ,how does this guy warrant such admiration from his fan base?
I dislike this ass clown for several reasons.
-
Hes a egotist. On every video hes shirtless. Seriously? His fans use the excuse he does that so you can see how the muscle should look while you do the movement. He list his stats as 5’10 175 lbs. I guess that would explain why he goes shirtless since he doesn’t have enough Meat on his frame to actually look impressive in a Tee shirt.Back in the day I don’t ever remember Lee Haney lifting with his shirt off on the show he had on ESPN
Ill give him credit hes lean and has a so so built. But hes not that impressive to me. Ive seen High school wrestler with more impressive physiques. But his fans obviously think of him the end all of end all.
-
I’m not impress at all with his knowledge base… In my view hes one step above from your average Brotard and PT. Trust me Ive watched some of his videos , at times I found myself damn near laughing my ass off .Hes a prim example where people will take what he says as gospel based solely on his appearance. Which still find funny because like I said this guy isn’t that impressive to me to begin with. But I guess when you can get your picture posted on Men’s Health along with being a under wear model. that somehow makes you a expert. Of course the people whom look up to him are young, genetic disadvantage or the types who want there appearance to reflect popular trends.
I dunno, Dog. His instruction is really poor, but considering I can’t bench 185 even after years of hard work just makes me envious.

Well even if you cant bench 185 I still like you. More then likely you probable have more actual knowledge then egotistical goof ball above.
The reason he work sout without a shirt is the same reason he has more subsciptions that Elitefts. Folks love a six pack. It’s a law or something.

Unfortunately, I cant argue the point with you. Because its true. Since now it seems that the true measure of a man at least in the gym. Is the definition of his six pack. I guess now of days my 13 year old is more of a man then myself
Yeah, I can certainly give the guy a few points on benching. Funny about Bullpup . . . you didn’t even have him any crunches, did you?
2/6/12
Accumulation phase 3 's wave
Squat: Bar x 10
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 3
350 x 1
380 x 3,3,3,3,3,3,8......I left reps in the tank on last set.
Side bends: 3 x 8 x 85
Standing ab crunches: 5 x 10 x sw
My back wasn’t feeling 100% today so I skipped a few things and got the hell out of Dodge.
Alright im ashamed of myself. My immaturity took over.I went to the YMCA tonight. BIG MISTAKE. The reason I went was I wanted to sorta crush the ego of the Bro tard whom was giving me shitty looks last week. Hes been doing his 1/8 knee bends( I will not say squats out of respect for the movement) on Mondays. Basterd never showed
At any rate I was reminded why I swore I wasn’t going to squat there anymore. For one my squat shoes wanted to slid on there flooring. Second the bar was starting to bend and whip with only 380 on it. CHEAP ASS BAR. I guess it made for a good show because I was informed by a guy im friends with that another guy was shocked by the bar actually bending. Which FUBAR my form a little. Oh well that what I get for being Immature.

Me no…It wouldn’t matter since the Little Bastard has such a low BF%.

Seen a guy in Smith machine doing a pseudo bent row/shrug/upright row…for lack of a better name.
Well, I learned a lesson yesterday. About every time this year I tend to develop bicep tendonitis . But I was sure of the root cause. After squatting with one of the cheap bar at the YMCA. I found what the root cause was. My left bicep is a little sore along with my rotators cuff. So I definitely learned my lesson.
Treadmill : 3.2 mph @ 2.5 % for 35 minutes
Well my BW has drooped 7 lbs since Ive added the Treadmill.
