OK quick story regarding yesterday.I need to go into more detail regarding whom I pissed off with my display of power. It was 1/8 squatter man. I forgot to metion that he had a aura of badassness. At any rate after I got done with my set I noticed from the corner of my eye he was eyeballing me. Lets just say it was one major look of disdain. This went on pretty much the entire time he was there. you know im not a smart man…But come on. Why would you keep giving shit looks at a person who you don’t know and who just repped out 45 more lbs on the bench then what you just squatted for a single.( I use the term squatted pretty damn loosely here). Obvious someone suffers from low self esteem issues.[/quote]
this is a scourge that effects us all, got alot of insecure fuckwads out there, you should of patted him on the back and said nice quarter squat bro!
185 x 5
225 x 3
260 x 2
280 x 1
300 x 1
320 x 9 1/2.......DAMN IT!!!!!! I wanted 10 bar fell out of groove and I couldnt lock out. On a good note I think I pissed a Bro tard off. Looks like Ill only be bumping my Training max by 5 lbs.
Flat DB: 100 x 20,13…OK im happy over the easy 20 reps.
OK at this point I had to sit on my ass for 30 plus minutes waiting on the rack to do my Dead benching. Which I would not have minded …BUT. The guy in the rack was doing 1/8 squats not 1/4 but 1/8!!! He started a few minutes after I started benching. He started at 135 and pyramided up to 275. It went like this …135,185,225,275 for low reps then he did a reverse pyramid. What pissed me off was he was taking up to 5-10 minutes between sets where he would BULL SHIT with a few of the other guys.. At one point I felt a throbbing in my temple. I was having evil thoughts of taking a bar and going all Vlad the Impaler on his ass.
Dead bench: 4 x 1 x 295
Hammer curls : 3 x 10 x SW
AB Wheel: skipped due to time . No thanks to MR. 1/8 squats. Needed to get home to the family.
Well that’s all she wrote. Not what I was hoped for but it wasn’t a total bust. Next time Ill take advantage of the nice weather and stay in the garage.

In retrospect maybe the guy thought I was Hot and just was dealing with some deep seated Homosexual feelings. Hard to say.
More like mediocre strong. But ill take it anyway I can get it.

I can handle people being clueless in the weight room. Since most of the people around here don’t seem to have a clue regarding lifting of any sorts. Do to the lack of any experienced lifter of any sorts being around. But when you mix in ignorance and arrogance the we have a combination I cant stand.
Its 60 Degrees out!!! Guess what? I’m still going to go to the YMCA! Why??? Ive got my USAPL Tee shirt on and im going BRO TARD Hunting!!! Lets see how many I can find today. It makes for go story material.
Warm up: foam roller
Band super set: Gm’s/standing abs
Deadlift: 135 x 5
225 x 3
240 x 5
285 x 3.......Oh shit my back was lighting up like the Fourth of July
330 x 2
360 x 1
380 x 1
405 x 10......All things considered im not going to bitch. Bumping Training max 10 lbs
Stiff leg dead lifts: 315 x 10…Called it!!!
Mentally I was good to go. But my old broken down carcass had other plans. At 285 my mid back started to fire up. Common scenes raised its ugly head. I had already pushed my luck on the last set so I side ed on the side of caution…
I still remember back in the late 70’s when I was in college. Jimmy Carter got attacked by a rabbit while on vacation. The local news reported it on TV . . . and showed the Python clip!

DAMN…Showing your age a little aren’t we?
Talk about nerve crushing boredom. Its amazing I have no hesitation mentally for a heavy lifting session. But damn I find that I have to force myself to get on the damn Treadmill.
On a bright note. I’m starting to see a drop in body fat already. My face has lost some of its bloat along with my midsection and the veins on my arms are starting to show through more and my belt is starting to loosen up.
Not to bad considering I haven’t made any drastic changes in my eating , other then cutting back on some of the crap. I will probably start really start changing thing on my eating in the following weeks. More then likely I wont be in the 242 class by June. Since ,Id rather take it slow.
