My nephew is 6 and has started wrestling Im so proud of him, but hes so much bigger than the kids his age that they bumped him up to 9 year olds, hes getting schooled now but in the long run its going to help him out tremendously.

My little warrior just turned six. That morning, he declared that he was bigger and faster (amazing the difference a day can make…lol). Ever since, he wants to sword fight Daddy every night. Thank God for Nerf. I’m still working on toughening him up, though. He can dish it out, but likes to whine and cry when it is returned. Until last night, that is. He kept popping me on the knuckles and I finally got his thigh, just to remind him it hurt. He first looked like he was going to tear up and then it happened…pure rage. He went after me like there was no tomorrow. So I think I will keep lifting as well…

I’m at the stage that I cant get over how much my oldest is transforming.

Thanks for the compliment on my boy. I would pass it along if his head wasn’t already bloated.
But I have to say that he surprised me last night. Tuesday he jacked his wrist while being partnered up with a 180 pounder in practice. I would like to say to the coaches “GENIOUS MOVE YOU TWO!!!”.
According to the High school athletic trainer BP didnt break it but he definitely has a sprain. The severity of which he couldnt answer. I will give my kid credit he manned up and wrestled anyway.

410 x 10.......UGH, I was kinda disappointed by this i was gunning for 12. Unfortunately at rep 10 I was too winded to keep going. But I was surprised how light 410 felt across my back since I haven't squatted with 400 since the end of October.Well going by the protocol I can bump my training max up 12.5 lbs. Ill think I will round it up to 15.
In retrospect it was a alright session. I just wish I had gotten the reps I set out for. Hopefully 410 x 10 Doesn’t make Damut feel like less of a man.

Im not sure how big he is but he is BIG, both his parents are tall, and hes pretty thick…Ill post a vid of his next meet my sis always emails em to me.
