Dogg, I applaud your efforts to dump some weight. Can I humbly suggest you think about cutting some simple and/or starchy carbs and replacing them with healthy fats? Snack on nuts, and drop a couple taters… that kind of thing.[/quote]

Actually. That’s text on the game plan. I know for a fact that I’m the type of guy whom tends to put on excess weight when I over do allot of starch in my diet. Right now I’m trying not to add to many variables into my routine.
In retrospect at this point, taking into account my current lean body weight, 275 weight class is a waste. I in all reality i could drop down into the 220 class if I got super lean at least for me. Of course that is a tall order.

Got a wild hair and did another session on treadmill.

I’m not trailer trash, but I do admit that i am a low brow neanderthal.

1/9/12

Accumulation phase 5 's wave

Warm up : PVC rolls
Treadmill : 5 minutes
super set: Standing ab crunches /GM’s 3 x 10
light stretching

Squat: bar x 10 ( all sets no belt)
135 x 5
225 x 3

335 x 5,5,5,5,5,10.....had a bit of reps left in the tank on the last set. I just shut it down at 10.

Step ups: 3 x 5 x pathetically light weight

GM’s : 3 x 5 x 195…Damn strict

Side bends : 3 x 8 x 85

Standing band crunches : 5 x 10

I was surprised that the six sets of 5 weren’t that taxing to the point they seemed easy :). It would seems that the 10’s and 8’s waves have helped develop a nice little base or at least increased my work capacity.. I got a feeling that the 5 's and 3’s waves might be interesting now. All in all not a bad little session.

Official started walking routine today

3 mph @ 1 degree incline for 30 minutes.

…tetchy?

DUDE! Loving the walking?

I can’t believe the mods deleted a clip from a TV show. The “Men on” skits from In Living Color were some of the funniest stuff I’ve ever seen anywhere. I read somewhere that JLo was a “fly girl” on the show, plus Jim Carrey got his start on this show. Classic stuff.

I agree. Someone must have found it offensive. Which I find hard to believe considering some of the subject matter which is allowed on this site. But then again its not my place to judge.

1/11/12

Warm up: allot

Bench: bar x 20

135 x 5
225 x 3

   260 x 5,5,5,5,5,13......with room to spare

Dead bench: 3 x 1 x 275

I skipped the accessory shit tonight. My mind wasn’t into it point plank after my bench. I don’t think I have ever mentioned this before. A few years ago I was diagnosed that I suffered from a anxiety disorder. Which I inherited from my mother which runs on that side of the family tree. Thank you mom for passing your bad gene down to me. In a nut shell im hard wired to become fixated on certain negative things. Which can cause me from time to time to over think things and overload. Which can cause me to have panic attacks… OH JOY!!! Unlike Mommy dearest I don’t choose to indulge in medication. Moms been on one type of nerve pill or another for at least 40 years.

Treadmill:3 mph @ 1 degree incline for 30 minutes.

SON OF A BITCH!!! High of 23 degrees tomorrow. Packing up and going to the YMCA. At least im sure Ill have a few new stories of ignorance to relay.

Dude I know where you are coming from.

My Mom is batshit crazy. As in been committed multiple time. Now when she’s not talking to space monkey;'s through her toaster she really sweet but man are the bad times bad.

Now I manged to avoid inheriting that but I can imagine how it could be.

Dead lift: 135 x 5
225 x 3

Speed pulls: 6 x 1 x 285

Well that was it.

Survived my first night at the YMCA. WOW…The entertainment value was off the scale. Ive already have several stories to tale.
