Well Dday I haven’t made any major steps toward actually losing weight. In all reality its a after thought. I just want to add some conditioning work into equation along with cleaning up the diet a little. Which in turn will drop my body weight a little. I’m trying not to fall into the trap of trying to serve two different masters as it was.
I’m not planing on going too high dollar on the treadmill I’m planning to purchase. I’m looking on line at this point trying to find some close out prices. Wanting to try and stay around $500 right now.
Totally understand. I’m sure you will but check craigslist.org especially around February when everyone gives up their resolutions.
Sounds like a idea. Ill probably end up getting one before then.
Well going to get busy today. Taking the boys out shopping to get the wife a few gifts. After words Ill get a session in after we get back. I was having a issue yesterday with my gut. I had the worse case of gas Ive ever experienced. My gut was bloated to the point it was painful.
warm up: pvc pipe
super set: band crunches/GM’s
light stretching
Dead lift: 135 x 5
225 x 5
280 x 3
315 x 3
335 x 8,8,8.........For some reason my lower back felt fried after the first set..Played it safe and didnt go for extra reps on last set
deficit deads: 2 x 5 x 315
Bent rows: 195 x 3/225 x 3/250 x 6 …had more in me ,again lower back was burning
shrugs: 3 x 15 x 330
GHR’s: 30 total reps
bench sit ups: 3 x 10 x 10
EEEEHHHHH. Pretty much summed up today’s session. Basically just did the bare minimum.
185 x 3
220 x 3
260 x 2
280 x 1
295 x 12............if i had really dug down deep I think I could have gotten 13. At any rate 12 allows me to bump my training max by another 5lbs for next wave by the established training protocols.
Dead Bench: 4 x 1 x 270…All sets went up damn easy
Strap push ups: 10,10,15
Hammer curls: 3 x 12 x SW
Standing Band crunches: 5 x 10
Well im pretty pleased with this session all things considered. It was not the best but it wasn’t bad .At the very least it was 100% better then my last two sessions this week.

So is Juggernaut doing good things for you?
To early to say. At this point im only at the half way point. I still need to go through the 5&3 waves. After that ill sit down and make a judgement call on how beneficial it has been for me.
Yea, gotta love Betty…she does know of what she talks about!! After having 2 kids, one natural(not on purpose) after having a “version”, dont go crying to me about pain.haha
version=turning breach baby with doctors hands, few days before delivery bruising the crap outa your insides, then pushiing a baby out threw it. TMI but you guys do TMI all the time
But you are tuff, so dont think you have to worry!

EDIT love the AVI merry xmas
Merry Christmas back at you little lady.
I had to go to Wal mart to get a few items for dinner tonight. OH LORD the Christmas rush was in full swing. I think the first 25 seconds of the clip sums it up nicely.
warm up: pvc pipe
Super sat: Band GM’s/Standing ab crunches
Light stretching
Squat: bar x 10
135 x 5
235 x 5
280 x 3
330 x 2
350 x 1
375 x 12......SON OF A BITCH!!!!!! I had the strength to do more but my shit conditioning kicked my ass. I didnt have the air left in me to do more reps. At least I did enough actual reps to move my training max up another 10 lbs for the 5's wave.
Step ups : 3 x 10 x Light freaking weight
GM’s: 3 x 5 x 195..done super strict and no belt trying to really focus on engaging the hamstrings.
Side bends: 3 x 8 x 85
Standing Band crunches: 5 X 10
That’s about it. Hope everyone had a Good Christmas.
