
UGH!!! Not much to report . De load this week. If I ever needed one its this time around.The thing is it not needed from the training. This bug Ive been fighting is hanging on.I was on vacation for the past nine days and I thought that would help clear it up. NOOOPE, matter of fact my wife seems to be getting it along with my youngest son. Basically I feel like Ive been run over by a bus and on top of that my lungs feel as if there full of soup. If this does not clear up by the end of the week I might break down and actually see a physician.
Man, here’s to hoping the week treats you well. Kudo’s to you for hitting it even though you’re sick (as a dog?).

Probably would be the best course of action on my part.
Well its snowing here today. Skipped lifting today. Still under the weather and its a deload week anyway. Not to mention that is kinda cold in the garage right now. I could run to the local YMCA ,or I could stick a red hot poker into my eyes im not sure what the better option would be.
Well at least the bug hit on a deload week.

Unfortunately the bug has been hitting me for a little while. Go figure that I had it last week. On a week which was suppose to set up my training max for my next cycle.
For a change I’m actually thanking the gods for a deload week .

Well, I wanted to send you a pic of a Get Well Soon card, found lots of things with colored balloons and sweet flowers and that stuff. Then I found this pic and though, “Just what he needs, some good, nourishing soup!”

I was reading your log and noticed a typo on your squats it said something like 340 x16 and I didn’t know if it was 340 x 1x6 or 340 x 1^ , I am fairly certain nobody intentionally does 340 x16 so please feel free to correct it, or keep up the good work.

LOL…Actually that’s not a typo. And for all intentional purposes no one in there right mind would want do it either. But unfortunately, right now im a slave to the program im using . In another cycle or so ill be out of the higher rep range stuff.
