Yes you did …Surprise!!!

Right now im giving the Juggernaut system a try. Its kicking my ass.

DAMN IT! DAMN IT!!!

Soon its going to start getting cold… I need to decide if im going to invest in another source of heat for my garage or crawl back into the Local YMCA for the winter. I’m leaning heavily on second heater for the garage since I don’t know if I can handle all the B.S. at the Y.

YMCA is all about the BS-
I kinda like them.

I like the accumulation phase,
great way to take a break and give the joints a rest

Im trying for more volume myself right now too

Ok, I remember you talking about that a while back. I’m getting old, don’t remember so good.

Well the Ymca is alright the problem is that 99 % of the people whom use the free wight area is either a Brotard or are just there for physical fitness then there is me.I’m definitely the ODD one there.

I agree that its is easier on the joints. But damn the higher volume is definitely a shock to the muscular system.

Old??? Sure your not suffering from a Zombie bite ?

11/9/11

Intensification phase 10’s wave

Warm up: odds and ends

Bench: bar x 20
95 x 10
135 x 5

   200 x 5
   230 x 5
   245 X 10,10, 15 ......... Left at least 1 - 2 in the tank . I guess im getting use to the higher reps.

Dead bench: 4 x 1 x 265…Not allot of power in me after the rep stuff

Strap push ups: 3 x 10

Hammer curls : 3 x 5 x SW

Standing Band crunches: 5 x 10

Honestly the only thing I don’t like with the high reps on bench is how sloppy my reps get.

11/11/11

Intensification phase 10’s wave

Warm up: Pvc pipe
Band Gm’s/Standing ab crunches 3 x 10
light stretching

Squat: bar x 10( all squats done without belt)
135 x 5
225 x 1

   250 x 5
   285 x 5
305 x 3 x 10,10,13........ugh ,I had reps left in the tank but damn I was sucking air on the last few reps. Plus my right knee was bothering me for some reason

Step ups 18 " box: each leg 3 x 5 x with such a low weight its not worth mentioning

GM’s (strict): 3 x 5 x 185

Side bends: 3 x 8 x 80

Standing band crunches: 5 x 10

That’s about it.

thanks.

picked up a new vehicle this morning.

Yeah, hi rep squats will definitely take the starch out of a guy.

And love your new set of wheels. Needed something bigger for a growing family?

Well there’s plenty of strength left in the tank. Its just I’m just losing my breath after I pass the twelfth mark.

Unfortunately, my old F - 150 pretty much bit the dust three weeks ago. So we broke down a got the Uplander yesterday.

Intensification phase 10’s wave

11/14/11

warm up: few odds and ends

Mpress: bar x 20
95 X 5

    125 x 5
    140 x 5
    150 x 10,10,19....left one in the tank

2 board close grip bench: 280 x 8, 5…Ugh , the Mpresses pretty much fried me

Bent over flys: 3 x 12 x 30

EZ bar arm curls: 3 x 10 x don’t give a damn

Ab fall aways: 5 x 10

I was surprised that today’s session wasn’t a bust. Pretty much spent most of the day yesterday fighting a fever.

nice job on getting it done while sick

enjoy the new wheels
