Nope…
Pretty much tendonitis. Little ice, little ibuprofen and being conservative it should clear up.

I get that too. Pain in the ass but it does clear up if you are smart. Which I am often not.
A 350 bench as opener. I am sooo jealous.
So what’s intriguing about Juggernaut?
Nice. I’m all aflutter with anticipation.
Hey BD, would you recommend a wider grip on the BP at a meet? I was told by another PLer at my gym (numbers very similar to yours) that because of my shoulder width I should take a wider grip, I have went a little wider albeit on a DE day, but always tried to close grip the bench (sorta) because of my shoulder issues, whaddyathink?
Will the Juggernaut system help with rehab?
I think the plan of maintaining strength is solid and especially if you think you’ll just end up getting injured. It will be interesting to see how you program all of this.

But when I was watching this I was laughing my ass off. Because I assume that’s his wife/girlfriend cheering him on. Then I though does she sound that way when there in the sack. I know there something wrong with me. But about 29 seconds in it gets funny if you listen and think about.[/quote]
LOL, thanx for the giggles ![]()
Golly. You’re less than four weeks out.
Damn you change programs alot. Why don’t u look at what has worked in the past and just stick with it. You sound like anew talking about all these different programs.

Its basically taking part of 5/3/1 and combining Block periodization along with a few other things.

I wouldn’t get too worked up at this point.

YEP!!! But only if your comfortable with it and it allows you to lift more. I have two grips one is what I train with then a Meet grip which is just slightly wider but not too extreme. I use a medium grip to train to save wear and tear on my shoulders.

Not sure about rehab. I guess… After looking it over the first wave focuses on reps in 10 range. There’s allot a volume to start but low intensity with the ratio between the two switching as one progresses through it over time.
Yeah…I’m feeling pretty beat up right now. I can say definitely the fear of injury this close has me feeling pretty cautious
