i have dabbed into weight training here and there to stay fit, i am currently not satisfied with that, i want mass and lots of it, i am on a high carb & high protien, well taking weight gainer and creatine. am i heading in the right direction ? i am 6’4 180 lbs

One thing I can say already is that it would be much better to get your calories from real food rather than whatever weight gainer you’re using. Most of them are just whey and sugar.
