Bulking Ratio

What macronutrient ratio do you normally use while bulking (for those who are not using massive eating). I did do a search and have read all the articles I am just curious and looking for personal experiences. I know I will have to fine tune it to meet my personal responses but I am looking for a starting point. Thanks in advance.

I do do ME meals, but instead of the usual ‘taper’ (tapering down carbs then fat through the day), I use a ‘stagger approach’ to provide 2-3 seperate insulin spike through the day (alternating fat/carb meals). During bulking, I eat 3500-4500 cal., 30-40% protein, 30-40% carbs and 30% fat. I also include at least 20g. fish oil per day. Gonna start bulking now, goal is 15 lbs. in 6 weeks, goal is 4500 cals.
