bulking phase

Alright fellas, planning the winter bulking cycle and want to do it right this time around, right now I am 185 @ 11percent hopefully by the time of week one in about a month, Ill be 175 at 6 percent, GG=Great guns CB=Ian kings chest and back routine, and AA is awesome abs, My legs are way bigger than my upper body so I am just going to maintain them, I am 6 foot 20 years old, what do you guys think? I will probably do a 50-35-15
protien, carbs fat, is there a better macro break down for me 40-30-30 maybe?
