I just got home from college about a week ago, and I’ve run into a problem: I now have to prepare my own food. That said I’m sure I’ll have access to better food, but I’ll have to shop wisely. I was wondering if you could share a good grocery list, complete with snacks, meals, and useful gainers to help me bulk up immensely over the summer. Recipes, specific foods, condiments, and anything will help.
-Ground Beef (80%lean, or whatever is cheap)
-asparagus
-skim milk
-protein powder
-peanut butter
-eggs
-plain, natural oatmeal
-tuna
-cheese
-crackers
-plain yogurt
-Lowery’s Seasoned Salt (mmmmm)
These are a few of my favorite things…
I don’t eat the cleanest and I don’t necessarily stick to what’s above, but eating 1-2 pounds of ground beef a day for about 2 months kinda bulked me up nicely. I suggest, however, that you look under “High Impact” articles and read the nutrition articles on good foods.
