http://images.t-nation.com/forum_images/./1/.1120846148372.Silver_Flag.jpg

Hi,

I’m new to this site\forum, I am currently in Afghan and need help on getting the right food\nutrition for strength and mass. Its kind of hard getting the food you want and need while Im here in the desert, its not like I can go to the near-by Grocery store.

So my question is, does anyone have a good diet that builds muscle and mass? I hit the GYM 6x a week working Chest\Triceps Biceps\Shoulders Trapts\Back 2x a week. Right now Im stuck @ 365lbs on the bench and Im only 19 @ 5’6" 189lbs. I want to put on more mass in the upper body.

I eating habbit has been BAD. Now I have time to get the right food, so can anyone reply with their diet!! PLEZZZ

Ill be here for another 3-4 months, thats enough time to gain before I go home.

(P.S. If there has been a similar post I apolize)

I really Appreciate the Support -In Advance

It might help if you could let us know which foods are available to you.

There’s no use in giving you dietary recommendations if you can’t follow them.

Awesome, Long Atricle but Ill read it. Thanx ALOT

Truely Understandable…Where I am at right now, I have access to everything I would if I were at home. Basically everything, for the next 2-4 months!

Being a former marine myself who spent alot of time in the desert. Here is what I did since I was with a headquarters unit and had access to weight train. I had 2 hot meals a day morning and evening. I would work out before morning meal, then ate 3 MRE’s workout again before hot evening meal. Then did 3 mile run hour after hot meal in the evening. I put about 10 pounds lean mass in 3 months. When I got back to the garison I had to get messured for an alternate weight limit. I had around 10% BF, and weighted 211 at 71".

Seeing as you have access to anything I will load you up.

Nail the seven habits and move on from there slowly adapting a lifestyle you can live and Grow! with.
