Everyone who eats this way was already big to begin with.

Guaranteed.
You don’t know many skinny stoners with fast metabolisms. My buddy weighs 130lbs and ate 4 McDonalds value meals in one sitting, drinks, fries and all.
I beat him with 5. I’ll get all 12 one day…

Yeah, he has one meal like that and then he doesn’t eat anything for the rest of the week.
He actually eats like 2k calories of mostly carbs a meal. This kid eats more cals than me and weighs 130. He does absolutely nothing physical.

Your logic is kind of flawed and I keep imagining you as the guy in your avatar going “well actually,” in a snooty tone and raising his pinkie to point something out; this makes me laugh.

Anyways, why are you on this site?

To counter balance the “bulk or die” crowd that used to run this place three years ago.

You know there are lots of people who have trained for years and still eat like crap.

Funny that you would use pro bodybuilding as an example, because that is the one and only sport where you will see this phenomenon. You just don’t see it anywhere else. Not in powerlifting, strongman, or Olympic lifting. Athletes tend to enter those sports looking exactly the same as they do upon retiring.

The physical growth of bodybuilders throughout their careers is obviously accounted for to some extent by the fact that hypertrophy is the primary goal of their sport. Equally important, however, are the large amounts of drugs they take.

I endorse this practice. I think that, if you want to get so big, you certainly have to shoot that shit up. In general, it’s not a bad idea for smaller guys to run moderate cycles to help them catch up.

just sayin.
And then you hit puberty.

Lineman in football commonly drop 50-100 lbs within a year of retiring.

And college athletes put on 20+lbs in one offseason to change to a position their skillset suits them better for, all the time.

That’s completely disregarding the fact that, THIS IS A FUCKING BODYBUILDING FORUM AND YOU JUST POINTED OUT THAT BODYBUILDERS CAN, AND HAVE, GONE FROM SKINNY TO HUGE.

So with you conceding the argument, I do believe we are done here.

How the body works has changed in those 3 years? It’s a bodybuilding site, isn’t it? Our goals are to build up our bodies, isn’t it? hypertrophy? What’s this shit with people trying to put on muscle slowly on purpose? This crossfit shit and the functional shit. It just confuses me because when I ask for bodybuilding advice, I get some counterproductive shit thrown at me and now I can’t even listen to people unless they have pics up or are in the T-cell.

Do you have pictures of yourself or any stats? Anyways, enjoy mediocrity. I’ll enjoy 50lbs in 5 months and 50 more to come.

“The construction of floor plans and building designs throughout the careers of ARCHITECTS is obviously accounted for to some extent by the fact that building things is the primary goal of their career”

You’re an idiot but thank you for pointing out the obvious. I am sure most of us were in the dark about bodybuilders wanting to gain muscle mass and thusly looking different as a result of it all. This was truly a revelation.

haha “you have a firm grasp of the obvious!”

hey Zep

you ever try Larry’s wings ?

Say what? I always thought they got fat after quitting because they kept eating the way they did when they played. Show me pics or I don’t believe it.

I make it a point not to reply to trolls like the above. I made NO gains in size eating chicken and rice. I just couldnt eat enough of it. I agree with no pure crap. Damn! Eating and eating is the ONLY path to growth. I want as much growth as possible as fast as possible and hell if it dont require real food and plenty of it.

Wish I would have figured that out two years ago. Smoked slabs of pork ribs and hot wings are my favorite. Love the .99 cent double stacks from wendys. Get a bag and down them after leg day… Pure fu*$in heaven.

This potentially legendary thread has turned into a normal, reatarded flame war due to a dumb troll.

where are they?

Nominal Prospect just sounds like another angry bitter little man.

Yesterday I had most of a frozen DiGiorno’s 4 cheese pizza.

It was heavenly.

Today, if I make it to the mall I plan on having one of Wedny’s Baconators.

Liter of milk and medium Pizza hut pepperoni post workout.

I was 162 pounds at the end of my freshmen year of college.

pffft. I’m cutting and have a Large Papa John’s Pizza on the way with buffalo wings

All this talk of burgers made me crave them. I got 2 double cheeseburers from mcdonalds. Along with my postworkout shake.

Latest food fads for me:

 • Wendy’s Chicken Ceasar Salad + Wendy’s Double Cheesburger cut up and added to salad (onions, tomatoes, pickles and all) minus bun.

 • Newman’s Own Thin Crust 4 cheese pizza (never had a chance to escape)

 • Local made fishsticks (all 14 oz)

OK, Sometimes I eat the bun, too

Two double quarter pounders with a large fries at macdonalds is my preferred bulking meal. The two burgers have 220 percent of the RDI of protein, so you can imagine how pathetically low that must be… If i’m with friends I’ll add a diet coke and tell the person serving that i’m on a diet.
What’s RDI?

RDI = recomended daily intake.
Note that these figures are for regular seditary males of average height who wish to stay within the rediculously light BMI weight range.
I think its based on a 1800 calorie/day diet, with proportions from the food piramid.
TOTALLY usless for someone trying to put on significant muscle mass.

My gains slowed recently, so to get myself going again, I decided to increase the peanut butter in my “day-shake” (rule: made in the morning, must be gone by bedtime). I’m getting about 3/4 of a jar per day now. And, I throw a whole pizza back every two weeks or so. This in addition to my 6 meals/day.

I don’t doubt this sounds pitiful to some on here. I don’t care - I’m pumped that I’m reaching the size where some bigger changes are necessary to still make progress.

Big macs with chicken patties and double quarters are also on the preferred meals when out and about. But since I eat more than most of my friends I usually eat bigger burgers for their amusement. Try spending like $17 on a double pounder and chompin that one down.

Another weird thing is that the RDI for protien as said on the cereal boxes and stuff is 50g per day. They way I eat, I get that from breakfast. People with big appetites and who are doing any serious training are gonna eat more than 2080 calories a day which is tha RDI for adult males.
