Bulking: How Often Should You Gain?

Thats a pretty awesome OHP in my book. I wish I was 24 lbs off of pressing my bodyweight haha.

Yes, broke my fibula almost 3 months ago playing basketball lol, doesnt bother my lifts though, but cant work on legs just yet.

I feel like you just came at my neck brah haha.

Lifting buddy was late. That one came from my phone. Its a pretty cool little device. I am up for an upgrade though. Lookin at the new evo 4g lte, but I really want the Razr maxx. Im back now. I live 200 feet from the gym and leg day on Boring But Big is always short for me, as I am nowhere near lifting at the appropriate weights right now (On my 5/3/1 weeks, I have been stopping my AMRAP sets at 10). I figure its better to start too light than too heavy anyway.

EDIT: I have a bad habit of ranting. I have a lot of issues I try to work out haha. I guess you could call it SMS.
