Bulking How Its Done

What medical journal tells us how to be better fitness (bodybuilding, Crossfit, powerlifting, whatever) fanatics?

None.
Medical journals would provide proof for the statement that a body fat less then obesity causes health problems.
In that respect, yes.

25% bf or more is obese.

Overweight, though characterized by less bodyfat, is bad too.

I reccomend you read there and I won’t post it because it costs money and I respect JM and will not copy and past info from there
Please post the statement from one professional on that site that supports what you wrote about body fat percentages less than obesity.
Holy hell read better I said I am not copying stuff from the site.

And if you have never seen a statment from JM about no reason to go over 12% then you need to read more

None of this explains what Ryan wrote.

Strange so many would try to stop me from getting to the truth of one claim made when it follows nothing I have seen in science.

I understand your need to back things up ‘medically’, but I think most of the intelligent posters on this site realize there are certain people in the industry/sport that seem to possess an extreme amount of knowledge, supported by actual educational credentials as well as extensive demonstrations with themselves or their athletes/clients. As such, they are wide viewed as quality sources of information and thoughtful conjecture.
Yes, and the CONJECTURE part is what I am referring to…so I asked for proof to a statement made as FACT and not conjecture.

Why would you try to stop me from getting to the FACTS f this if there are some?
In these forums, I’ve seen people make references to ‘experts’ such as Meadows, Norton, Klemzewski, Kalman,… and they all seem to get brushed over in lieu of your dental background in ‘discussions’. Still, you’ll reference Christian Thibaudeau’s off the cuff comments when it suits a particular argument.
? Excuse me, sir, but a NAME is not proof of anything. If you showed a statement they actually made it would be different.

Saying, “Well, Meadows agrees with me” is saying nothing at all.

If you don’t understand this, please refresh yourself.

In court rooms, the legal teams make a case to accept an individual’s status as an ‘expert’ to a specific subject area. This expert is then allowed to give their educated opinions on a specific matter, despite the fact that it may not have been previously studied to the point of having actual research to back it up.
Yes, and the other side can refute that claim with their own expert. Your point?
What would you say if the minimum credentials someone needs to be cited as an expert source in terms of what gets discussed on here?
S
It has nothing to do with their credentials. I haven’t seen ANY of these men say that a body fat percentage LESS THAN OBESITY causes health problems.

I saw ONE POSTER HERE say that.

Please show me where any of these people agree with this in THEIR OWN WORDS.
I’m not going to bother responding, because it really is just feeding the troll, but I will say this in response to your reply (to what I thought was a fairly neutral post):

You really are a rude person. Seriously. In the past, I’ve sometimes felt bad for the couple of guys that really do seem to go out of their way to give you shit, but by this point no. What you bring negatively to this site by far exceeds what you could possibly bring positively. I have no fucking clue why the hell so many quality people have been banned in recent years, or left on their own, for relatively minor issues, and yet somehow the powers that be feel that you’re an asset. Sadly, I guess it really does all come down to thread views. Bursting my own little bubble here of respectability I guess.

I know you’ll reply something witty and smirk as you type, but I don’t care. I’m out.

What does that have to do with what you wrote about health problems under the level of obesity?

You can’t support any of this, can you?

I’m not a troll and responded to you in a professional manner.

It seems you can not do the same.

Once again, personal attacks when you can not defend your stance.

None of this discussion has anything to do with how rude you think I am.

Most of the people responding are way more rude than me but you see no problem with it.

Strange what you fight and what you accept.

I can…and nothing there shows that a fat level less than obesity causes health problems.

I mean, if the info is there, why would you avoid showing it?

He would have to have some proof of it if he is saying this as well…even though YOU seem to be the only person saying this.

Again reading comprehension please. It’s a paid site I am not taking into from there. Go read it

Also congrats on chasing away one of the most knowledgable and experienced and accomplished posters on this site.

Goodness…if a PAID SITE is the only freaking place this info exists…you believe it???>?

Holy shit you guys are gullible if that is the case.

I don’t think X gets it after all this time. The truth is, even though nobody wants to come out and say it, is that all the guys giving X shit all the time and refusing to give him respect act that way because they don’t like him. Bottom line: Many guys on this site do not like Professor X. Why? There seem to be a great many reasons.

I know X will say this isn’t a popularity contest and talk about how people liking him has nothing to do with any of this, but it has everything to do with it. X always rants about how he should get more respect for what he has accomplished or how he doesn’t understand how he gets “attacked personally”, etc. etc. etc. The truth is, as long as X is being ignorant to most of the posters in this forum they will continue to despise him and, as a result, will refuse to accept his input or give him any respect, whether he deserves it or not.

When someone such as Stu can see that, I don’t see how it can be argued, when Stu seems to really try and be objective and fair in most cases. Also, I have to chuckle at X always talking about how he replies in a professional manner. No, not even close. Just the other day he was ridiculing someone about how there was no way they were a medical student given how they were typing. Or, when he was telling people they could learn more if they shut the fuck up. Or, when he was telling people that they add nothing to these forums. Really professional all around. Yeah, right.

Overweight (not obesity) puts one at risk for heart disease, hyperlipidemia, and in some cases, diminished psychological and social well being.

If obesity, and not solely adipose tissue, can be considered the causative factor of myriad health issues, I’d be interested in hearing how one of the most common disorders resulting from such a state – T2D – can be (almost immediately) reversed while still maintaining an obese state.

You look lean to me, though it’s hard to tell if one has a shirt on. It’s obvious from your posts you have a grasp on how to do things, so someone like you can easilty manipulate trainin and diet whenever you want with no problem.
