Went for snatches. failed 3 on 75kg, was horrible. got 75kg and then went for 80 which also was horrible. Didnt feel good since I was suposed to compete saturday (today, and yes i did compete).
worked up to 80kg on jerks but feelt weird as hell so I skipped it aswell
after that i did some easy front squats on 60kg, 3reps 6 set or something.
then I did some hardcore stretching with my mate at the gym, used bands etc, partner stretches, was realy fun
Today was my first official competition ever, I’ve done one unofficial, which I won.
I feelt realy nervous since I was still pretty stiff since the weeks training, but the bar feelt realy light so that got me a litle calmer.
Did my warmups on the snatches, feelt pretty good,and this is how the snatches went:
75kg x1 (power snatch, easy)
80kg x1 PR was also a power snatch
85kg x0 missed this one because I didnt get under it, my timeing was off
The cleans went like this:
105kg power clean, bad jerk but it was passed
110kg power clean, good lift, nothign wrong
115kg was alitile lower then a power clean and my timeing was way off again.
In the end I won best junior liftor price (born 1989-1991)
