Bulking and Squats

deadlift: still 175kg

Goals:
bodyweight: 100kg+
bench: around 120kg
squat: 180-190kg
deadlift: 200k+
Time period: unlimited
Gonna do lots of stretching and stuff aswell

Just bought some gainer and decided to get serious about training. Last workout went like this:

Power clean and jerk
warmups
70kg x2
80kg x2
90kg x2
100kg x2 - missed the second jerk

Squats:
80kg x5
100kg x4
120kg x3
130kg x3
140kg x3- pr and easy. 145 or 150kg next time

benchpress:
50kg x5
70kg x4
80kg x5
90kg x1
90kg x4x5
92.5kg x3

Bicep curls:
jokeing around.

Boxjumps:
up to lower chest level (I am 186.7 cm)

Random: Tried to do some russian danceing and it seems I could do it lol.

thuseday this week 14th or 13th january:

clean and jerking with my coach and the group he coaches.

Got up to 105kg x1 on jerks, missed the second send

75kg on the snatch, pretty good one

Thursday 15th/16th something

Went for snatches. failed 3 on 75kg, was horrible. got 75kg and then went for 80 which also was horrible. Didnt feel good since I was suposed to compete saturday (today, and yes i did compete).

worked up to 80kg on jerks but feelt weird as hell so I skipped it aswell

after that i did some easy front squats on 60kg, 3reps 6 set or something.

then I did some hardcore stretching with my mate at the gym, used bands etc, partner stretches, was realy fun

Saturday: today.

Day of the competition.

Today was my first official competition ever, I’ve done one unofficial, which I won.

I feelt realy nervous since I was still pretty stiff since the weeks training, but the bar feelt realy light so that got me a litle calmer.

Did my warmups on the snatches, feelt pretty good,and this is how the snatches went:

75kg x1 (power snatch, easy)
80kg x1 PR was also a power snatch
85kg x0 missed this one because I didnt get under it, my timeing was off

The cleans went like this:

105kg power clean, bad jerk but it was passed
110kg power clean, good lift, nothign wrong
115kg was alitile lower then a power clean and my timeing was way off again.

In the end I won best junior liftor price (born 1989-1991)
