Bulk or Cut, Not Sure What Would Be Best for Me

6’5 203lb 32 m. I’m a long distance cyclist and ultra runner that likes to lift in the winter. Just not sure if I should attempt a bulk or cut. I’m told by some I’m a stick and other I’m fat lol. I’m currently on a PPL split twice a week.

I used to go long as well. Being lighter is always best in that game.
I would work on dropping a touch of body fat if you want improvement in your sports. Once I gained more muscle running and biking became more difficult for me to perform where I was when I was lighter.
