Built for Bad:Strength Circuits Full Body

Christian. I really like the idea of this program as I’m becoming more and more intrigued about these types of full body workouts with less volume and more frequency from the likes of you and Chad Waterbury (Side note:Why isn’t he writing for T-Nation anymore??)

My question… Most of the time at my gym it is hard to tie up this much equipment for 45 minutes. What types of alterations can be made to the program to achieve the same effect?

NM I just found the answer in a previous post to incorporate dumbbell movements.
