Building Some Muscle

Hello,
Im 23 years and Ive been training different types of sport for 6 years.
Ive started olympic lifting not long ago, but the gym closed and I cant throw barbells around in the local gym. Now I`m following the Boring But Big 3 month Challenge and today was my second day.
Personal Bests at 87 kg bodyweight:
Bench press: 100 kg
Deadlift: 160 kg
Squat: 140 kg
Military Press: 60 kg

Day 1
Military Press: 5 @ 35 kg ; 5 @ 40 ; 10 @ 45 kg
Bench press: 5x10 @ 50
Chin-ups : 5x8 @ BW (couldn`t get 10)
Some Rear-delt flyes and triceps pushdown

Day 2 (Today)
Deadlift: 5 @ 95 kg ; 5 @ 110 kg ; 10 @ 125 kg
Squat: 5 x 10 @ 65 kg
Sit-ups : 3x15

Week 1 - Day 3
Bench press:
5 reps at 65 % - 65 kg
5 reps at 75 % - 72.5 kg
5+ reps at 85% - 80 kg - did 8 reps

Press:
5x10 @ 30 kg

DB Row:
5x10 @ 22.5 kg

Bice and Trice

Week 1 - Day 4
Squat:
5 reps at 65 % - 85 kg
5 reps at 75 % - 100 kg
5+ reps at 85 % - 110 kg - did 8 reps

Deadlift:
quick 5x10 @ 72.5 kg

Abs:
4x10

I`m in the deload week now and here are the results from the first month.
