I’m 24yrs old, been lifting for around 6 yrs, started as a skinny dude at 55kg and 5’7 and managed to reach 75kg within 2 yrs following some basic routine. Then joined the army for 2 yrs and lost quite a bit of str and bodyweight.
Now, I’m currently 65kg and my priority is getting back my str on my main lifts.
I’m finishing up my 5th cycle of 5/3/1 (deloading week) and I’m gonna reset my weights (minus 10kg for deadlifts and 5kg for all other lifts) and push myself for the next 5 or 6 cycles again.
Current stats:
Squats 90kgx4
Deadlift 137.5kgx2
Bench 87.5kgx2
Military Press 60kgx2
I’ll be starting on my 6th cycle this coming sunday!
