Bench Press= 205x10,185x10,185x10,185x10,185x10
Lat Pull= 130x10,130x10,130x10,130x10,130x10
Curls= 40x10,35x10,30x10
Tricep Pushdown= stackx10,stackx10,stackx10,stackx10,stackx10

Decent first day. I substituted DB press for military press because the only free bar was being used and I was ready to get started. From now on I’ll be doing standing military press.

I lifted legs last night and the workout was as follows:

Deadlift: 225x5,275x5,295x6
Squat: 185x10,185x10,185x10,185x10,185x10
Leg raises: 3x20

I can barely walk today

Day 3:

Bench Press: 245x5,275x5,275x8
Standing Military Press: 145x10,125x10,125x10,125x10,105x10
DB Row: 100x10,100x10,100x10

Curls: 3x10
