Not the best posing session, but if nothing else I was excited to try out my new trunks I just got in the mail! Tried to incorporate some of the tips with leaning and such. I still got a long way to go.
Front relax=good
rear lat spread= put your hands lower on your waist and further back there to give an illusion of a smaller waist, but yes much improved!
Back dbl- good much improved
side relax= good
MM= awesome
Front double= looks perfect!
side tricep= great—hit it on the side that used for the 1st side tricep picture–you could try stick your chest out more to look a bit thicker maybe
side chest= good
back relax= good
you are looking lean from the front but still have a lot of tightening to do around the lower back/love handle/lower ab area, get at it man!!!
Last pics look better. Triceps are definitely standout. Like Timmicbride said, you need to Flex those biceps more. Your armms need to make more of an acute angle. Also it doesn’t look like your pushing your front hamstring out with your rear knee. I’m not very good at explaining it so maybe someone can help, or look up some youtube videos. Makes a little difference, which is turns into a big difference if the competition is close. Your goin to do well man.
edit: Ill try to explain pushing out the hamstring. Align the rear heel of your foot with the ball of your front foot and crouch down more than your are now and drive your rear knee into your hamstring. Theres more to it than this it think but it’s a start.
edit: for clarity

Thanks again for the feedback. I will continue to post and tweak my sessions. I agree with my lower back/love handles I have a lot more leaning out to do with not a ton of time left.

I understand what you mean with the hamstring, I will have to work on it. I think my biggest issue is that im holding my body weight with my front (showing) leg and it sucks in what little of a hammy that I do have.
Thanks again for the feedback!
Update:
My weight is finally back down to 175.2 and I will be consuming a low to moderate amount of carbs today. It is a great feeling to see that number move again because even though I knew it was to be expected it still freaked me out. I hope that with the bit of carbs that I consume today I can get down to the “174’s” by the end of the week.
I decided to take a little break from fat burners as the effect seems to be diminishing a bit. I would guess that I am building a tolerance, but I do not want to just up the dose because I am going to be relying more and more on the energy closer to the show. I figure that I am getting enough extra caffeine in my pre workout so im not going to sweat it too much.
Today is big back day so hopefully I can get a good pump on and tweak those back poses a bit more. It is unreal how much posing is helping my form while lifting. I was the typical throw it up, dont matter how it gets there kind of lifter in my teen years then paid dearly for it in the symmetry dept.
Still motivated and ready to take things to the next level!! Much thanks to those who have taken the time to help.
Update (attempt#2): repost
On your right side tricep, your rear leg is more forward than your front leg. The rear leg needs to trail behind the front leg and mash into the hamstring.
Notice how much better your quad looks (more detail) and bigger your hamstring looks on the left side tricep with your rear leg in much better placement.
I disagree with Grind regarding the double bicep being perfect, if you look at where you tricep and biceps attachments end, there is a portion of your upper arm that is small in circumference and shows readily with your current pose. Bringing the forearm more towards your head will help eliminate this.
I hope I don’t come off as negative, great work thus far and looking forward to your continued progress.

Thanks for the tip, I didnt read this til after my posing so I will have to incorporate it for next time. Should my elbows be in the same position or should I raise them as well?

more
I will try to post a video next time so I’m not posting a thousand pictures. I have included a few variations of the same poses to see what one will showcase my build the best. Critique away!!
