Question is can you maintain levels of tan (jacked is a given) ? I know I won’t be able to, left Ibiza 4am 24 degrees, arrived in England in the morning a pleasant 6 Celsius.

Yeah jake, I left something hotter than 24, (prob closer to 30 lol, sry I’m american I don’t know celsius), and it was cold and rainy back home.

Anyways, today sucked dick as a day. Not gonna whine but w/e. Lost 8 lbs during the trip (some water sure, but I look flat as a fucking pancake, arms lost some size, not good news). The next few (4) weeks are going to be extra rough if you guys nomsayin. :frowning:

Hit up chest/delts (and some tris) during lunch. A bunch of the BOIs have been doing chest and delts togethe, and since it is a JM recommendation, might as well give it a whirl. Was a decent session. Lot of work done in under an hour so rest periods were very short. Still feel deflated from the trip and such. No fun.

I dont understand… did you not eat while you were in Punta Cana? I dried out quite a bit from the sun and drinking while avoiding a bloat and actually not being much deflated, even from coming off 3.5 weeks of RFL.

Semi-long work day, I was falling asleep at my desk and during meetings. The office feels extra stuffy and it rails my alertness. I try to avoid caffeine during the day to save it up for the workout but today was bad. Despite this, I was able to have a pretty good workout. After the first warmup set of squats, I was a bit concerned since 135 felt very heavy on my back, but a change in music and mindset and I was able to do decently.

A lot of the exercises I did today were inspired by some Jason Huh vids I was watching. He really emphasizes the stretch and keeping the muscle under tension close to the stretch position. It was pretty gnarly for legs.

Last thing, my nose has been all runny and i’ve had an obnoxious cough, which makes breathing seem extra difficult while lifting.

Ha, I’m really not man. I’m nothing compared to the likes of most of you. More important to me than competing is achieving a certain “look” to my physique. That is priority number one. Once I either achieve that, or grow out of my body dysmorphia, I’m sure my goals will change, but I don’t know if I’m suited for bodybuilding, and training like a powerlifter would not be the most beneficial at present. Maybe one day.

I have no idea what it takes for BBing porportion/size wise but seems like you got a decent body type for it but i know nothing so maybe i am off. PLing seems like if you really focused on it you could hit some pretty good numbers especailly considering you are taller.

Just do waht ever brings the most enjoyment. Oh and your work days sounds terrible

It’s hard (for me) to look at a pic of another dude and say “Oh, I wanna look like him!” There are tons of guys I’d love to look like, but it’s just not in the cards for me to look like a shredded black dude with huge arms and a 24" waist. Certain muscle shapes and bellies, structure, etc, can’t be altered, so the way I may look at a ripped 230-240 is going to be way different than someone else.

Above all I want to look “complete”: aesthetic / pleasing to the eye (this is relative of course), big, and lean. Attaching a random pic I found. I like this guy’s look. No idea on his height and weight, and maybe I’d wanna be a little bigger, but it takes time to build that size and leanness even with assistance.

The next few years will be interesting.

That said, I may come to realize one day that it’s not realistic for me to get to physique X because of an unwillingness to cross certain lines regarding drug dosages. I’m okay with that.
