Greg, yeah it turned into a good session.
The gym was pretty crazy packed and I was a little late and flustered to start, but AquaCruzer and I had a good-ass session. Took some video footage which should I’ll post in about a half an hour.
Seated military press - felt pretty sluggish today… getting that sleep didn’t exactly happen, lol.

185 x 6 - slower than I wanted… eek
205 x 4 - not bad
225 x 3 - last rep was pretty slow. w/e w/e. I only weigh like 205 so I can’t expect much crazy strength at the moment.
185 x 10-12 - didn’t count. These reps felt good. On Aqua’s rep set I helped him slow down the negative and lift more like a bb’er and not just drop the weight on his chest. ![]()
Standing BTN press / seated front raises / seated laterals tri set (normally I’d have used much heavier weight for front raises and done them standing, but it was so damn crowded). Used 12.5s for the front/lateral raises and just tried to get that MMC going.
BTN presses went something like 65 x 25, 85 x ~20, 105 x 13-14 or w/e (video), then back down to 85 for a lot. We moved pretty fast through these. Was good fun.
Lateral partials / CT lateral things I saw in a video / full ROM (to overhead) DB raises (also from video)
75s / 32.5s / 10s - 3 sets thru. Video of second set.
Tried to do some rear delt stuff but didnt work out so great. lol. DB area was crazy crowded.
Deadstop barbell shrugs - pwrbarboy swears by these.

385 x 10-12 (on video idk) drop 225 x a lot drop 135 x 3 second squeezes.
Then 4-5 sets of standing calf raises.
I hate when it’s so crowded and hate when I’m pressed for time b/c of work, but it was a good session nonetheless. Video up soon.
