Hoping to get a decent night’s sleep tonight.

I had the exact same problem! Hitting the gym 3 times a week was torture for me. However, everytime I did got into the gym, it would often be very productive because of the “rage” I built on the off days, lol.
I think you’d do well on DC man, especially since you got your nutrition figured out, why don’t you give it a try ?

Obviously not at your level. But I completely agree. I think no days off > days off every time, even if I have to limit the volume a little at times to avoid too much overlap. As it is now I’m on a 6 day split 7 days a week and rarely run into issues. Closest thing to one is bench pressing 2 days after CGBPing and I still manage to PR for now…
